The guy at the reception named Sibusiso is very racist and don't know how to speak to people, his rude and does not like to work, he takes forever to bring your file to the nurse so you could get assistance, and he reads people's files and swears at people about their sickness infront of other people (he belittles you) today he turned my niece away with her 3 day old baby simply coz she didn't have a clinic card number, she walked a distance to come there with the baby in pain what if she got hurt walking back without the help she needed , I personally went to the manager to complain about him but they just brushed it off like it was nothing and he gets away with it on a frequent because they don't seem to care about what he does

Having very poor treatment and help at Eldorado Park extension 9 clinic, my wife has a severe abdominal pain and we only came for a referral letter to hospital, instead we've been send around from place to place. Ended up in a area with no chairs and the line stands dead still for an hour...only when i started complaining there was progress. The front desk staff is rude, told us to Complain nothing will happen...my main worry is my wife she have severe pain....I hope this is a platform where complains get listen to....
