I filled up my car with petrol. Freddie did not offer to check oil and water or clean the windscreen. I told him clearly to fill to autostop. He ignored my request and spilt a lot of petrol on the ground. He did not apologise. He also gave me the merchant's copy of the slip as well as my own. If he worked for me he would either be seriously retrained or would find himself looking for work..
