Good day , I have been trying to get a parcel out of JHB EL AL airlines book in counter that was not allowed on the plane for over a year now . I do understand the Covid-19 story . Is there anyone that works at EL AL that can answer the phone or give me feed back on how I can get my parcel . This is very urgent regards Dean deanp@udfiltration.com
