Be prepared to WAIT, and WAIT, and WAIT - regardless of whether or not you made an appointment or not. Of course after you have made a payment for your consultation. (This is not a once off emergency situation - it is an everyday situation). You get moved as a patient from line to line to line before seeing a doctor (at least 35 to 60 minutes). Then (if you need bloods taken) you need to pay first before waiting for a nurse. Then 3 months later you get a Final demand as something was not paid by the medical aid - remember you paid! Also submission to INCORRECT medical aid, INCORRECT main member!
