I requested a fridge repair on Friday the 2nd. The owner promised to come the following day. I had to follow up a number of times and he eventually came on the 5th. He took the part saying it will be repaired. Eventually I asked for the part to be brought back which was still not repaired. He refuses to bring it back without paying him R350. For what? The part is still not repaired and my fridge is still not working. Last communication I got was that he has 6 kids to feed. Really?? What does that have to do with the job that was not done and not invoiced. I had to buy the whole part for my fridge. The part is a pc board for this fridge model.
