Disappointing in your Walmer branch that cannot get an item from their Cradock branch because Walmer is my nearest , although I want to make an electronic payment.
Its unfortunate in the light that many people buy online nowadays. Their manager said I must come into the store even though I am almost 200km from there. I am really disgusted in the service.
