Unfortunately, I started using Delivery Extreme by default, because I couldn't find a Mr Delivery book. The first time I ordered, my delivery was 25 minutes late, so I let it go. But, since then, delivery has always been late. And not just by 5 or 10 min. Please don't tell your customer that delivery will be in an hour, when its actually 2 hours.
