Honestly, their service is FRUSTRATING. Called through to order a Sub for lunch for my kids, and the order was placed. AN HOUR LATER, we still haven't heard anything from them, so I called back - the order wasn't even placed yet! I was put through to a manager, who assured me my order would be placed, then he hung up on me!! When the food EVENTUALLY arrived, it was cold, but the sticker was still RED so as to ensure they could get their money for my order, which makes me think they have some sort of heating device in their little bags..................
