I apply for a NQF5 course in the IT field and pay the deposit nobody inform me it was cancelled only when I start calling I was informed. I submit the documents Jan 2023 and i received and email that the process has start and it will take 90 days to refund that was on the 31 Jan 2023 @14:56. Till today no refund and i have the email trail. How can this be resolve as it's more than 6 months now. My email jmaistro@gmail.com

I just found out that they have listed me on credit bureau and my fees were paid up in 2016. They are now giving me the run around when i request my statement and for the listing to be removed. The listing was done unlawfully.

I have been waiting for almost 12 months for a refund of my tuition fees !!! The day after I paid my full fees of R18 000, I was told I needed a SAQA Certificate to register. I have been unable to attain this certificate and requested a refund. I believe the refund has been approved but I have been on a "critical list" for almost 12 months now. POTENTIAL STUDENTS BE WARNED !!!!
