My name is Naledi and yesterday on the 24th of February 2020 the clinic or rather nurse Khumalo refused to see me for my first appointment because I arrived late at the clinic. She advised that she has many appointments for the 24/02/2020. What surprises me is that my appointment card is also written the 24/02/2020 so why could she not see me is I was supposed to be one of the patients for the 24/02/2020.
I'm pregnant and on my second semester (23 weeks). I would like to know what should I do now because the only
day I got off at work was the 24/02/2020 as the clinic had giving me the appointment. Nurse Khumalo asked when will I be able to come but again that was a shock because the 1st appointment was scheduled by the clinic and all of a sudden she asked me when can I come if not today 25/02/2020.
