I had a month to month contract with Crows Nest from 1 September until 31
December 2022. It is now the 7th of February and I have not received my deposit back yet. Every day am given excuses and about why they have not given my money back. Do not book with this establishment. The décor is outdated and the place is dirty. I could not use the couch in my room as it smelt of urine. They will enter your room without giving them the permission to enter. Rather book somewhere else.

Before moving to PE I used to use them for business trips. i have enjoyed my stay every time. Booking with them was never a struggle and they always go the extra mile to see to my personal requirements.
