Plan process started November 2021...
Its December 2022 and my plans are not approved yet.
No communication from Crowder Architects.
November 2021 all fees was paid to them for drawing the plans.
Then their service started becoming a waiting game.
Had to contact COCT myself to find out my progress and COCT advised me they have heard complaint about this company.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

It is really a drag dealing with this architect. Not only are they not completing plan when submitted the 1st time once it is approved you struggle to get your approved plans and must make application at COCT to get copies of your plans.

We started the plans in december 2020 - its now Feb 2023 and still dont have an approved building plans.
They blame the City and the City blames them - and poor customer just have to suck it up.
Today i found out that they have moved. the telephones are off. If anyone have information please share .
