Good morning... I am a parolee from West Rand, I am concerned about some Officers that are working on the phone at Krugersdorp correctional offices, I call each and every day so I can get my reporting date but the officer on the phone doesn't have a respect for us like someone who works for our government, He cannot even assist me because my parole officer is out of the office, he's rude and hangs the phone whenever I ask questions,
