I have submitted a script on 31.10.2017 from Dr Helen Sommerville and was told it was rejected. I sent the medical aid all the details and understand that you have submitted the claim under the chronic medication. See the below response from the Medical Aid Scheme:

"May I ask you to please look at the attached script, it is the script for the lady(GM NKome - Platinum Health 6103270737) that contacted the web page because it was rejected. May I ask if it was a valid rejection? The claim was submitted on the chronic option(PMPHC ) but it was an acute script . The scheme would pay for it if the pharmacy submitted the claim using the acute option PHPLA . For Zithromax the must provide one of the generic Azithromycin’s."
