Good Day
When I started using Claudes a few months ago to fill my 9 kg gas cylinder I had you deliver to me and handed in a almost new grey gas cylinder and you supplied me with a neat beige cylinder , over the months every time you brought a cylinder to me they got dirtier and more used until I am sitting with a old green cylinder , on Saturday the 29 I brought the cylinder in for an exchange but was told I will have to wait for it to be refilled and had to wait almost a hour for the cylinder , in that time countless people brought in 9 kg cylinders and were helped straight away. on asking why I had to wait I was told the cylinder was old but yet that is what I received from you after handing in a clean , as new cylinder .
The service I received and attitude from you staff was extremely poor and I also prefer a sealed cylinder as the refill never seems to last as long as a sealed one
please let me know this what to expect from Claudes , a lot of people I spoke to said I should go to social media regarding this bad service but I thought I will give you a chance to look into and rectify the unpleasant experience , I have sent an e-mail but no response.
