Thank you Chihwa tours for the love you have shown today to our fellow Zimbabwean lady who was stranded due to unforseen circumstances. That ticket you gave her not only helped her but everyone who was worried about her child's well-being. May your business boom like never before. Thank you so so much. My family and l will forever be indebted to you and we will forever use your services as a token of appreciation. Your effort and care didn't go unnoticed.

Am so disappointed with this bus,,was goin to send some stuff home,when I called they told me it's 11 per kg but when I got there they ddnt weigh my stuff they jus estimated Everything and told me that they dnt weigh when you sending things I was charged 1800 for 3 china bags that where less than 30 kg,,and the staff at capetown station where rude,was told to wrap my stuff with cling wrap and told to open them again cose they wanna check and the shona guy kept on saying these ndebeles have no money and when I said I can't pay that amount they became rude,,

i am very much still disappointed with Chihwa- i lost my suitcase 2 weeks back and they are not doing anything or giving any feedback even to follow-up and find out what happened to my luggage. I weighed my bags- i had 6 bags altogether with my parents,got the tags and the bags were all out in the boot and later into the trailer in bellville, but when i arrved in Harare t my unfortunate surprise one of my bag was missing and in that bag i only had new clothing, new shoes, new bed linen, new how water bottles, all my expensive perfumes, room infusers,lindt chocolate collections,all things in that bad were my all my life's savings that i had bought to use because i was scheduled to proceed to Nyanga for a Holiday!!all cancelled and i was left with only the clothes i had on me for my trip-i...
