An established firm well stocked. Family run, the parents are kind & very helpful, but there is a son in the shop who is so rude & chases customers away. He has absolutely NO manners & speaks to the customers in a very degrading & disgusting manner. I will certainly never put foot in that shop again. I am 71 yrs old & he called me a f...... b...... & to f.... off out of HIS shop & I must never f....... come back ???
