I wish to lodge a complaint. I have been going to Checkers for years and generally found their service fairly good, however today my son, who is diabetic, had a sugar low while in the store. He bought himself some food and went to stand outside Checkers to eat it so he could bring his sugars up before he collapsed. Two security guards accosted him and, instead of helping him when he explained his problem, acted threatening towards him and forced him to leave the premises. I am shocked and appalled at their behaviour and neither I nor anyone in my family will ever again shop at Checkers, Plettenberg Bay.
