Unfortunately not a good experience as I made an appointment and on the day of my appointment I was phoned and informed that the hairdresser, Frank, took the day of and that I must reschedule my appointment for another day. I was informed that the next day he was fully booked. I explained that I needed to get my hair done as we had events going on. I was then informed that I will be phoned back and I am still waiting. No way to treat any customer!
