Top quality standard always and still improving .    Cape Masai leather come about the idea of Cape Towners and Kenyan native creative.  Inspired and started by Harryson who come to Cape Town to be with her mother who was to go under a major operation and is such case a patient must have a family member with.     Upon arrival in Cape Town, after 3 day  Harryson was introduced to African women's jewelry on Long Street. It was the biggest craft shop in Cape Town by then managed by her mum's friend called Everline .  There were all kinds of craft and exotic jewelries, but, a small leather bracelet caught Harryson's eyes the most  as it was going for R250.He asked, "why is this bracelet so expensive aunt ?""Hahaha! My son this craft work is not made here , we import it from India, Western Africa and Zimbabwe." Said the shop keeper.  And she add "if you can make here, then I will buy it from you if you think you can ."  So Harryson took as a challenge and started fund it from the R50 he was given as pocket money , which he 1st invested in selling pens to Home Affairs where he saw high demand from general public visiting there to fill in different forms.     The bracelet he made was loved by Everline, who bought everything and requested for more and more. She also requested different styles as challenge to Harryson hence mentoring him to different craft work and bring out the hidden un noticed talent. He got noticed in his craft in Cape Town and when he introduced his wallets and bags we loved in different areas in SA.   Today Harryson can design and make any leather product. And has trained and empowered many young people in Cape Town.  As he believes that the change we need in Africa is to increase local production and reduce Chinese import and goods consumption to cub un employment and to grow Africa.      ADVICE Wherever you go around South Africa ???????? and Africa at large, please please buy local and keep it local always.
