Cambridge staff at Berea market liquor store attitude stinks the is this lady who wear glasses with pimples all over the face she don't know how to speak with customers and its the second time i went to buy there I get same attitude not just me everyone. please train your staff customer services,

Good day, your store manage Mr Welcome Nxumalo. Who manages a store in Spingo, his very rude, bad way of talking to customers. I bought 2 yogurt which where on special as I saw in the price tag. The price was double than the price on the tag. So luckily I always check my slip. And wanted to return it, but the manager refused to exchange the item with attitude right in front of his colleagues. And I decided not argue with him. So I let the the with the item

CAMBRIDGE IN KWA MASHU POOR CLIENT AND FLOOR STAFF WITH BIG ATTITUDE AND THE CASHIERS TOO. WHY THE STAFF DO NOT NAME BADGES WITH THEM WHILE AT WORK . WHERE IS THE SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS 'CAUSE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER THERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BESIDE STINKING ATTITUDE FROM THEM. I DO NOT KNOW WHY ARE WE GETTING BAD SERVICES AS WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS NEEDS GOOD SERVICE.
