Good day! I was very much disapointed about the service I got in one of your store at Nina Park pretoria North, last week I met my aunt whose staying in brits when he was placing an order of 2 birthday cakes valued R1050.00,so I had to get a slip from her since she is staying in Brits for collection, then yesterday morning 11March 2023 when go to store for collection the sale assistant gave me 1 cake, on my way to brits my aunt phoned me to confirm if I received her order only to find out that they never gave me another cake, I had to drive back to collect another cake, when I get there the sale assistant told me that it was my responsibility to check if I've got 2 cake in a rude manner, I wonder is how you run a business by telling the customers who make your business to have good profit, the treatment I got I still feel like you were doing me a favour, whereas this cakes we even paid cash.
