The customer service of this company is as bad as the cashiers at a shoprite, checkers (good ones excluded) 1.They have a whatsapp platform wich you can order from they chat as if you are friends short of no, short of yes not addressing you as a customer in a proper manner like yes mam or no mam. 2 Its seems they don't go for traing, as a ex store associate myself you need to advise your customers off different products,items etc quick to place the order not conforming not double checking nothing when you question/return the item they charge you handling fee ridiculously sad but true. Their attitude is just could care less.
