Worst business practice and unethical behavior I have ever come across. We bought a brand new laptop from them in January 2021 and had to return it as it gave a blue screen (screen of death). We only received the new laptop last week. It had the exact same problem. We informed them within 15 minutes of switching it on and also informed them that this time we would expect a refund. On delivering it back to them today the owner refused to refund us until HIS supplier refunded him. This is against rules for good business practice as well as Consumer laws clauses 55 & 56. On reminding him of this he said we are welcome to report him to the consumer council as those are HIS rules. Disgusting. We are losing income as we are dependent on a laptop for work, he does not care. He also does not care that we have to drive 100 km back and forth to each time return and collect this brand new item which is still under guarantee.Worst business practice and unethical behavior I have ever come across.
