The service at the Blou Winkel is pathetic.
I waited 57 minutes outside the shop in the cold for my gas cylinder to be filled. People who arrived long after me received their cylinders long before mine.
The explanation that the employee at the entrance gave was that the guy filling the cylinders has a system. He fills the 9 kg cylinders first, because the smaller cylinders fill up much to quick. That means he will have to walk back and forth more often than he wants to.
This type of service is pathetic and totally unacceptable.
We as customers matter, we need to be treated in a fair manner, because if the customers are not there, the Blou Winkel will be no more.
Please think about what is important to your business, your own comfort or proper customer service.?
