Pathetic. Their frauds as well I've seen them mix water into their products to make it last longer.

I've booked an appointment at bivash hair and beauty for a full colour deal. They kept me waiting for a while before getting started. They put the wrong colour in my hair, my hair turned orange and look embarrassing, they promised to sort it out but charged me when I came to get it redone as well as the first time. My hair is still not how I wanted it, they burnt it while straighting it... This is one of my worst experiences and will not be coming to this salon ever again.
