Our Geyser burst and Outsurance got these guys to handle the claim however their service was not to our satisfaction... They were not punctual(no time management) did not keep to their word(lack of integrity)... Receptionist Mona was very rude (lack of people skills).... We were without water for 4 days( 1 day being a holiday News Years Day is understandable). However the claim should have been a high priority.
