We always rent from AVIS when needing to travel. I have often used AVIS in Kysna if a employee from JHB is needing to travel for their stay. There was a mix up with the cars and we did not get what we were looking for and well over the price I was prepared to pay for the mix up.
Avis was quick to assist me with the correct car but would take 2 days before we could get it. I thought I would be paying a huge bill for the car they handed us for the first 2 days, but they never charged us extra for the more expensive car. They made sure we were well taken care of. I am very impressed at the way they handled my business.
