I provided the consultant with confirmation of my new banking details, completed and signed the necessary documents required in order to have my details changed.
To date they have still not updated my new banking details and on 31st December 2021, proceeded to debit my account details I had previously asked them to change.
Their incompetence resulted in me having to incur the cost of bank changes for other debit orders that bounced due to them not updating my banking details after I had made provision to have enough money in my account for other debit orders that was meant to go off from that account.
All this inconvenience after the consultant confirmed that it will take up to 7 working days for my banking details to be updated and next debit order will go off my new banking details.
JL. Jacobs On Thursday 3rd December 2020, I visited the Assupol branch in Cape Town St Georges Mall to have my banking details changed.
I provided the consultant with confirmation of my new banking details, completed and signed the necessary documents required in order to have my details changed.
