We had paid in advance for a room over 2 days (12 Dec -13 Dec 2019) at Archway@Diaz in Mosselbay through Booking. com. On arrival at the establishment, the whole place was rented out to a family, by the owner. No place was available to us. Upon contacting the owner of the place he did not care and told us to deal with Booking.com. We already traveled 1350km to this place and no accommodation in our price range was available as it was the holiday season. We had to travel a further 500km to stay with family. We got good service from Booking.com though and they refunded our money quickly.
