Absolutely the worst service ever from a courier service I have ever used. I phoned twice and both times they confirmed that my parcel will be delivered on Friday before 5pm. Me, my mother and my son was home the whole day, no one came to my house. I waited until after 7pm. Then I received an update that the customer was not available, and that the delivery will be rescheduled. They drive with a GPS and they have phones. He didn't even try to contact me. I think this service is absolutely pathetic. And hell knows why does the parcel go from Johannesburg all the way to Pietermaritzburg and then to Dundee. I will not advice anyone to make use of Aramax.
