Purchased a 5lt tub of American Parlour ice cream from Shoprite Checkers Mount Edgecombe Plaza and it was off. My 4 year had eaten half the ice cream until my son pointed out that there is a weird taste to the ice cream. I am really disappointed.

Hi, I have purchased a American parlour ice-cream from shoprite upon opening it to give the children it's was off (spoiled)
First I said it could be the taste and let it be. But as I had some in a bowl bubbles started to get on to the ice-cream as it started to get soft I have always bought this ice-cream and I'm very disappointed in it as a customers who always purchase the same brand for many years I think moving forward I should change it. I couldn't find an email address for you guys but if someone could please look in to this I will appreciate it
