Pathetic manager and owner, unable to handle clients professionally. Bother owner and manager behaved like thugs after damage caused to my vehicle. Large scratch mark, see pic

I've used this car wash once in Feb 2022 & had the paintwork on the car scratched by the manager Jay Shaik, as he tried to remove a stain. A clear scratch the size of a tennis ball is on my bonnet. The manager denied this stating "it's your word against mine" and owner Brian was extremely rude and uncouth on the phone, denying his staff could ever do that. He further accused me of behaving in a bad manner in the presence of his clients to his manager, which is completely untrue. The owner handled the matter in an appalling manner and dismissed me completely, stating I can do whatever I want and denied that my car was scratched by them. Horrific thug like attitude is what you can experience with the manager and the owner. Disgusted. Will never recommend.
