My family recently relocated from Cape Town to a beautiful small holding just outside of Krugersdorp. It is close enough to civilisation to get what you need, when you need it, but also far away enough to have peace and quiet. A few weekends back my wife and I decided to get out of our comfort zone and plant our first crops on our new piece of land. Being beach bums we knew nothing about the whole process or even what to buy or where to buy it from, so we used Google to search for places in our area that dealt with these kind of things. My wife found Advance Seed in Krugersdorp and we went there to go and check it out. We simply love it so much. Right there and then we decided to just become farmers. The staff were so helpful and friendly and they did not hesitate to answer the many questions we had. They showed us exactly which seeds to plant and explained all the ins and outs of farming to us as well. There were jokes and laughs and they made it a truly special experience.
