Abolsutely unprofessional and scam artists. Installed a shade port in our complex with a 'lifetime guarantee' but when approached via their only online contact, Facebook, they blocked me instead of dealing with my query ofnthe poor workmanship.

Do not support this business to save yourselves from being wrapped off.
