I went to this centre on Tuesday the 11/06/2019 to send a parcel to Johannesburg overnight, I was assured that the parcel would be delivered before 5pm on Wednesday. It is now Thursday 13th June and the parcel has not been delivered. I needed someone to take the parcel to the UK. I am now being shifted from pillar to post with the staff at 3@1 telling me it is Dawn Wing couriers at fault and Dawn Wing telling me that it is 3@1 fault. I will be going back to 3@1 to collect me monies and I will never use them again.
